Case 1: Patient vs. Normal Control Multifocal Electroretinogram (mfERG) Of Right Eye

The patient’s mfERG responses on the left (which are performed under photopic conditions) were extremely reduced compared to a normal control shown on the right. Note however, the presence of a “peak” in the mfERG which correlates to the presence of cone receptors in the foveal area and normal central visual acuity. Similar results were obtained form the left eye as well.
