Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Color Fundus Image of Right Eye
Case 2: A 14-year-old girl complained of blurred vision which had become noticeably worse over the last year. Medical history was unremarkable. Visual acuity was 20/20 in the right eye. Note the two obvious abnormalities: A macula lesion one disc diameter in size and a large temporal lesion with a straight line border extending within one disc diameter of the macula.
