Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Movie of Right Eye
Case 2: The Topcon 3D movie image is composed of 128 horizontal slices contained within the 6 mm x 6 mm green box (see image below). The 3D image shows a detachment of the neurosensory retina inferior and temporal to the macula in the right eye. Note the RD inferior and temporal (I and T in the movie). (The differential diagnosis of the macula lesion will be covered in detail in a future Retina Revealed Case Study.)
