Case I: Optomap® Color Fundus Images OD
She was diagnosed with 1 retinal tear and 1 retinal hole OD and 2 retinal tears OS. The three retinal tears in both eyes were treated with laser and the presumed retinal hole/small tear in the right was carefully monitored.
