Optomap® color fundus image of left eye
Similar retinal lesions are observed in the left eye but the C/D ratio is approx. .8 with an inferior temporal notch. There are also 3 dark zones superiorly which are shadows cast by dense posterior capsule lens opacities superior to the visual axis as observed with slit lamp.
