Case 4: Topcon 3D OCT Fundus Image OU
Case 4: A 24 year old white male presented with slow, progressive loss of vision over the past decade. His most recent subjective refraction yielded -9.00 in the right eye and -6.75 in the left eye with VA of 20/100 OD and OS. His fundus appeared normal save for perhaps physiological temporal pallor in his more myopic right eye.
