Case 3: A 70 year old black female with systemic hypertension resulting in hypertensive retinopathy (and probably an old central retinal vein occlusion) presented with blurred vision in the right eye. VA was 20/800 OD and 20/20- OS and Ta=18/18. Massive lipid deposition is present throughout much of the posterior pole OD. An incomplete macular star can be visualized.
