A 43-year-old Asian male presented with BCVA of 3/400 OD and 20/80 OS. He complained of his day vision getting progressively worse over the last year OD>OS. The fundus images revealed an atrophic retina with the large underlying choroidal vessels easily visualized. Note the numerous yellowish crystals/dots throughout the posterior pole as well.
