Case 3: A 71-year-old female presented
with progressive vision loss, due to
retinitis pigmentosa. BCVA measured
20/200 01.1. Medical history revealed
the patient had been diagnosed with
Paget’s disease 19 years prior and is in
remission after treatment for breast
cancer.

Note the areas of bone-spicule
pigmentation which extend through the
mid-periphery, attenuated retinal
vessels, and an atrophic macula OD.
