Case 1: Optomap® Color Fundus Image OD and B—scan Ultrasound
The zone delineated by the dotted line is a large vitreal hemorrhage. B-scan ultrasound was performed that day. The scattered debris, noted above, is due to the vitreal hemorrhage but no continuous vitreal membrane consistent with retinal detachment was observed. The superior retinal horseshoe tear was treated a second time with laser and the superior nasal hole, which progressed to a retinal flap tear, was also treated with laser.
