Case 1: Optomap® Color Fundus Image OD
Over the next several weeks, the vitreal hemorrhage absorbed rather rapidly and BCVA improved. However, approximately one month after the vitreal hemorrhage she returned complaining of seeing a “shadow” OD for the last two days. BCVA measured 20/60 OD and 20/25 OS. The image above reveals a large bullous rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD).
