Case 1: Optovue Ganglion Cell Complex OU

The GCC in the right eye is compared to the GCC in the left eye. Note that the green donut is brighter (really thicker) in the left eye. Normal inter-eye differences are generally below 10um but here the difference is 12um.
What is the etiology of the GCC and RNFL reduction in the right eye? The most common optic neuropathy is glaucoma but our patient’s IOPs have always been in the low teens, the cups are small and there is no family history of glaucoma.
