The patient has late stage autosomal recessive retinitis pigmentosa. Her field of vision has progressively worsened over the years and only the central 5 degrees in both eyes remain.

Patient complained vision had worsened over the last year and medical history revealed the patient first noted vision loss at the age of 15.The patient had bone-spicule deposits throughout the mid-periphery in both eyes. Also note the retinal vessels in the right and left eyes were quite attenuated.
