Case 7: Optomap® Color Fundus and AF Comparison OD and OS KEY: Color Optomap Auto Fluorescence We have found that the pattern revealed above is fairly common in RP and is different than many of the other cases presented in this series.

The relationship between genotypic and phenotypic findings needs further exploration. Can the uwf AF pattern predict the genetic mutation in some or in many cases?
